My parents moved to the City of Republic in 1976, and I graduated from RHS in 1982. When we were starting our family and looking for a place to raise our children, my wife and I chose Republic for the quiet rural atmosphere and the good school system, and I have been here ever since.
This is not my first experience with city government. I have served as a council member and mayor for eight years and on several local and county boards. I have always maintained an interest in the Republic's growth and development.
I am looking forward to continuing to serve the Republic as a council member in Ward 4, sharing my past experiences of service and my desire to continue making Republic a great place to be now and in the future.
