Employee Assistance Program

The City of Republic offers employees in-person accessibility through Personal Assistance Services.  Recent research has indicated that Employee Assistance Programs have become a primary benefit for employees as a result of the pandemic.  Mental Health will remain a priority and we will continue to make enhancements to maximize this service for our employees.

Interested employees can call the main support number 800-356-0845 (24/7) or can text 314-451-5727 to schedule an appointment for an on-site visit.
