Map Amendments

1. Planned Development Districts

   A Planned Development District (PDD) is a unique zoning classification that allows an integration of multiple land uses in a specified area.

2. Special Use Permits

   Any property owner wishing to have land uses that are not listed with permitted land uses for the property's zoning district must complete and submit an application to the City's Planning & Development Department.

3. Rezoning

   Any property owner wishing to have their property rezoned must complete and submit and Application for Rezoning to the City's Planning and Development Department.
